         All-Purpose flour chocolate chip muffins

     Ingredients:

250mL all purpose flour                      
60mL granulated sugar
7mL baking powder
1mL salt
125mL semisweet chocolate chips
85mL milk
45mL vegetable oil
2mL vanilla
1 egg

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line muffin tins with baking cups
2. Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the chocolate chips and set aside
3.In a large bowl, blend together well the milk,oil, vanilla and egg.
4. Add flour mixture all at once and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened (batter will be lumpy). Do not overmix.
5. Fill cups 2/3 full.
6. Bake in the center of the over for 20-25 minutes or until comes out clean.
7. Cool for 1 minute before removing from pan
